We are able to provide council searches for any Local Authority in England and Wales. Areas covered within the Regulated Local Search include:

• Conservation areas, listed buildings, planning notices, highways notices
• Local development plan policies, proposals, and recommendations
• Compulsory purchase, potentially contaminated land, radon gas
• Adoption status of roads, and nearby road, rail and traffic schemes

The residential and commercial regulated local searches carried out consist of the Local land charges register (LLC1) together with the Form Con29R enquiries of the Local Authority. We can also obtain additional Part II enquiries (Form Con29O).

Please note that some mortgage lenders will not accept regulated local searches.
