Job Description
The Operations Administrator is responsible for delivering a first-class service and will play a key role in shaping the overall success of the operations teams. You will be the first point of contact between us and the customer (internal and external). You will provide quality customer service and identify specific customer requirements.
The role will involve:
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Progressive Legal Solutions.
- Collaborating within the team to exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues.
- To manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and processing, continuing with excellent level of service.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are met.
- Building long lasting professional relationships.
- Providing and undertaking training as and when required.
About you
- Experience in customer service, logistics or sales.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum.
