Role Description
Your role as an Operations Administrator is to provide proactive management of the company which will include, placing and processing of orders, incoming calls, email and communication with our clients and suppliers. But above all else your passion will be to deliver unrivalled customer service and deliver our key solution of Because Service Matters.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage both inbound and outbound telephone calls
· Handling all client and supplier emails in a proactive manner
· Providing advice on all products and services offered
· Management of our ordering system; assisting in placing orders and making sure products are returned within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Being proactive with keeping clients up to date with information on their orders
· Working well with other departments to deliver excellent customer service
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· Excellent professional communications skills
· Can use Microsoft and excel in an efficient manner
· Have previous experience working in a customer focused environment
· Desirable, but not essential, an understanding of the search industry and conveyancing process
· Eager to learn and develop knowledge of all the products and services we provide
· Can work well with multitasking and dealing with queries in a professional manner
