Organisational Structure and Supply Chains Progressive Legal Solutions provides conveyancing services, including regulated local and council searches, environmental and planning reports, drainage and water reports, mining reports, title indemnity insurance, company search reports, energyperformance certificates, and chancel liability assessments. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom, with offices in Cardiff, Henley-on-Thames, and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Our supply chains primarily involve UK-based suppliers providing essential services and products.

3. Policy Commitments We operate with a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect all employees, suppliers,and business partners to comply with the following principles:

Prohibition of Forced Labour – We do not tolerate any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour. Fair Employment Practices – We ensure that all employees work voluntarily and receive fair wages in accordance with UKemployment laws. Supplier Compliance – Our suppliers must adhere to ethical labour practices and comply with all relevant UK legislation.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment To identify and mitigate modern slavery risks, we undertake the following actions: Supplier Audits and Assessments – We conduct initial and periodic reviews of our suppliers’ compliance with labour andethical standards. Contractual Obligations – Our contracts include provisions requiring compliance with anti-slavery laws and ethical businessconduct. Whistleblowing Mechanisms – We provide secure and confidential reporting channels for employees and suppliers to raise concerns about unethical practices.
